General Manager, Academy of Live Technology (ALT) KSA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Riyadh expansion. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership, operational management, and the development of innovative training programs that align with industry standards and the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.

This role is more about the right personality fit rather than a strict skills match. As the industry is still in its early stages in KSA, we need someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating change. The ideal candidate can set a clear direction, build solid plans, and remain flexible when strategies need to shift quickly.

Key Goals for Q3/4 2025 & Q1/Q2 2026 include:

• Completion of CR in region for ALT

• Secure a permanent facility for training activities (JAX preferred location)

• Secure project pipeline to achieve P&L approved by PP Board

• Relationship Building, Stakeholder Management and partner foundation building

• Building, supporting and leading team • Drive enrolment, meet budget targets and establish long term business plan • Establishing strong project and communication plans and processes

• Supporting team and partner in strong student engagement and success

• Focusing team on unique and dynamic industry engagement experiences
