Throughout this course, you’ll gain hands on experience with a large-scale line array concert sound system made by Cohesion. Cohesion is from the product division of Clair Global companies and is found on most major concert tours.

Meet your tutors
Dave Lester, Director of Education & Safety at Clair Global
Dave has been in the live event industry as an audio engineer for 30+ years, over 22 of which have been with ShowCo and Clair Global. He has spent many years as a System Engineer/Audio Engineer controlling concert sound systems. He has been the FOH mixer for artists such as PINK, John Fogerty, Wall Flowers, Blondie to mention a few. He has also been the monitor engineer for artists such as Alanis Morissette, Boston, Judas Priest, White Zombie and many others. He has spent the last 20+ years as the Director of Education and Safety at Clair Global.
Grant funding
Workforce LIVE is excited to announce a limited number of $750 grants available for use by individuals participating in an Academy of Live Technology short course on the Rock Lititz campus.
Grants are open to juniors or seniors enrolled in existing live event-related college programs or working live event professionals, with less than 5 years of experience.
Applications must be fully completed and submitted by the deadline on the application. No late applications will be accepted. Applications are only active for the dates indicated on the application.
