Students from the Academy of Live Technology recently had the exciting opportunity to explore two of the most historic and vibrant venues in Leeds, Leeds Grand Theatre and Leeds City Varieties.
The visit, facilitated by Leeds Heritage Theatres, offered students a fascinating insight into both the rich history and the modern-day operation of these renowned performance spaces. During the tour, students learned about the heritage and architectural significance of each venue, as well as the complex logistics involved in bringing productions to life on their stages.
