Course content

How is learning assessed on Live Visual Design & Production?

As well as traditional lectures, seminars and tutorials your learning will be enhanced with visits from guest speakers and masterclass seminars from industry experts, international case studies, workshops and more importantly opportunities to work on live projects as part of both practical modules and work experience; giving you unique insights and a thorough understanding of the visual production industry operating in international markets and in a range of sectors. Assessment is via a range of methods, from developing a portfolio of your work and skills to practical assessment and research projects.

Academy of Live Technology Lightwaves Project 2023

Live Visual Design and Production is different from other courses in that we work with clients from the beginning of the first year. Whilst this may sound daunting, the best way to prepare for the industry is to have industry experience but in a safe and supportive setting where help is on hand should you need it.
